TAIPEI RED LIONS FOOTBALL    CLUB

The team was formed back in1983 on a pub of the same name in Tien Mu by then owner Mike Cottinghan. Three years later the team split into two: The Lions and the Animals. From this humble beginning the Red Lions have gone from strength to strength and are a unique club with a strong playing and social philosophy. Over the years there have been some great players (and one or two not so great) and there have also been plenty of good times, both on and off the pitch.
